Digital strategy, AI and football!

For over 23 years, I’ve been working with websites, digital tools and marketing. Technology has changed a lot over the years, but what still interests me most is how everything fits together and what we can actually do with the opportunities available to us.

Where technology, marketing and business meet

Web and digital platforms

Web covers a lot of ground. I’ve worked with everything from websites and CMS platforms to UX, conversion optimisation and technical development. It’s a broad field, and after all these years in the industry, I’ve had the chance to work with a bit of everything.
So yes, I do web!

Digital marketing architecture

Digital marketing is about more than channels and campaigns. How should it be structured? Which parts need to work together, and what technical infrastructure is needed to make it all work? It’s the combination of marketing architecture and the technical foundations that makes it possible to turn a strategy into practice.

AI and emerging rechnology

A lot is happening right now, and it’s easy to get caught up in everything AI is claimed to be capable of. What interests me is moving from possibilities to practical applications. I experiment with AI agents, explore how different tools can work together, and look at how they can be used to solve problems, automate workflows and change the way we work. The really interesting part is when technology makes things possible that simply weren’t practical before.

Digital development and transformation

Digital development and transformation have become such broad, overused terms that they’ve almost lost their meaning. At the same time, we barely have time to get our heads around one new technology before the next one comes along. If you’re not interested, or struggle to keep up, it’s easy to leave it all alone and carry on as usual.
But what happens when the world moves on and you’re still standing in the same place?

Events and Production

It started with sound and lighting, and over time I gradually moved into working with entire productions and projects. I had the privilege of touring Sweden, the Nordic countries and Europe with major artists, and later went on to work on larger events.
This is where I learned to see both the big picture and the details, and to understand how many different parts need to work together to bring a production to life.

Even though I changed careers a long time ago, events still have a way of finding their way back into my life. It’s a world I’ve never quite left behind.

A team of experts

The right expertise for the right project.

I know a lot, but far from everything. Unfortunately, no one can be the best at everything, and I don’t think you need to be, either. But you can get pretty close by building a network of talented people, each with their own specialist skills. They’re the people I bring in whenever the project calls for it.

And what about football?

Well, football started as a hobby, but over the years it has become something that takes up most of my time and that I truly love. Eight years ago, I had the opportunity to coach my daughter, and being able to follow her journey over the years, watching her grow, develop and become the best version of herself alongside the rest of the team, is something I really value.

What started with football has grown into so much more. I was part of founding Sorgenfri FF in Malmö and have also served as chairman. These days, much of my time goes into moving the club forward and helping it grow. This probably isn’t quite how I imagined my love of football would develop, but here I am, and I love it.
